Refund Policy

1. AI Visibility Audit (€1,000 one-time)
- 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If the audit contains factual errors (wrong citations, hallucinated data, incorrect competitor analysis), we will re-audit free within 48 hours.
- Full Refund: If after re-audit the report still contains factual errors, request a full refund within 7 days of original delivery.
- No Refund For: Disagreement with strategy, algorithm changes after delivery, failure to implement recommendations, or engine ranking fluctuations.
- Process: Email support@ataraxium.ai with specific errors cited. We respond within 24 hours.
2. Weekly Monitoring + Fixes (€1,500/month)
- Cancel Anytime: No lock-in. Cancel from dashboard or email. Access continues until period ends.
- No Partial Refunds: Months are billed in advance. No prorated refunds for unused days.
- Service Failure: If weekly scans fail for 2+ consecutive weeks due to our infrastructure, pro-rata credit for affected period.
- Content/Schema Issues: If Content Agent publishes factually incorrect content or Schema Agent breaks site, we fix free + extend 1 week.
3. Upgrade Credit
If you purchase Audit (€1,000) then upgrade to Monitoring within 30 days, your €1,000 applies as credit to first 2 months of Monitoring (€500/mo credit × 2 months).
4. Payment Method Refunds
- Stripe (Card): 5-10 business days to original card
- Revolut: Instant to 24 hours
- SEPA Transfer: 3-5 business days (provide IBAN)
5. Exclusions
No refunds for: force majeure, third-party API changes (OpenAI, Google, etc.), Customer's failure to provide access/credentials, regulatory changes, or acts of God.
