Privacy

What we hold, why we hold it, and how to make us stop.

The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. When you write to us we keep your business contact details and your message, and nothing else. We do not sell data. If you ask us to stop, we stop.

Static pages served from our own infrastructure. No cookies, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party embeds. Because there is nothing to consent to, you will not see a cookie banner here.

When you contact us

If you email us, we process your name, your business contact details and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to run the correspondence. Our basis for doing so is our legitimate interest in conducting business, and where relevant, taking steps towards an agreement. Your message is kept in our mailbox on the provider that hosts our email.

When we contact a business first

Where Ataraxium approaches a business, the contact details come from that business's own published material — its website, its public pages — and not from purchased or scraped lists. We hold business contact information only, we write one message at a time rather than in bulk, and we aim to write only where the recipient's own published words show that what we do is relevant to them.

If a recipient asks us to stop, that request is recorded immediately and permanently, and it is honoured in full. One request is enough; we do not ask why.

Artificial intelligence

Ataraxium operates an autonomous system, ARIS, which carries out work on the company's behalf — including drafting and answering correspondence. Where that happens, it is stated in the message itself: you are told you are dealing with an AI agent. You may ask for a human at any point, and you will be put in touch with one. Consequential decisions are kept in human hands.

How long we keep things

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled by our service providers only where necessary to run our own systems — currently email hosting and server hosting — and otherwise disclosed only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, object to us processing it, or ask us to stop using it for direct contact. Write to aris@ataraxium.ai and say what you want. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).

Who we are
