Terms of Service | Ataraxium

1. Agreement

By purchasing from Ataraxium Limited ("Ataraxium", "we", "us"), you ("Customer", "you") agree to these terms. These govern all GEO Ops services: AI Visibility Audit and Weekly Monitoring.

2. Services

AI Visibility Audit (€1,000): One-time scan across 7 AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Google AI Overviews, Deep Research), 100+ queries, technical health check, competitor gap analysis, branded PDF in 24 hours.
Weekly Monitoring + Fixes (€1,500/month): Weekly automated scans, Content Agent (4 articles/month), Schema Agent (auto-fixes), competitor tracking, dashboard access, Slack alerts. Cancel anytime.

3. Payment & Billing

Audit: One-time payment before work begins.
Monitoring: Monthly in advance via Stripe/Revolut/SEPA.
Prices in EUR. Irish VAT (23%) added where applicable (B2B reverse charge for EU VAT-registered).
Late payments: Service paused after 7 days overdue.

4. Customer Obligations

Provide accurate website URL, business details, CMS access (for Monitoring).
Ensure legal right to publish content/schema on your domain.
Monitoring requires CMS API access (WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, custom).

5. Intellectual Property

Audit PDF: Customer owns. You may share, publish, modify.
Monitoring content/schema: Customer owns all output on their domain.
Ataraxium retains rights to methodology, tools, agents, and aggregated anonymized data.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant: Reports delivered on time, factual accuracy of citations, agents operate as described.
We DO NOT warrant: Specific AI engine rankings, traffic/revenue increases, permanent citation stability, engine algorithm behavior.
AI engines change unpredictably. Past results ≠ future guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability: Fees paid in prior 3 months. No liability for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages. This limitation applies regardless of legal theory.

8. Termination

Audit: Non-refundable once delivered (see Refund Policy for exceptions).
Monitoring: Cancel anytime. No refund for partial months. Access ends at period close.
We may terminate for breach, non-payment, or illegal use with 7 days notice.

9. Data & Privacy

See Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We process data per GDPR. No data sold.

10. Governing Law

Irish law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Irish courts. Ataraxium Limited, Dublin, Ireland.

11. Changes

We may update terms with 30 days email notice. Continued use = acceptance. Monitoring price changes: 30 days notice, can cancel before new price applies.
